PLANTSYou can also support the Garden of Destiny by donating and planting a tree or decorative shrub. The Foundation asks a 90 EUR donation for planting a tree. All equipment necessary for planting is available on site.
AS „Latvijas valsts mezi” and the Plant Growers Association provides plantings for the Garden of Destiny. Each planting is tagged with the date of planting, the name of the supporter and the name of the person in whose honor it is planted.
If you would like to support the Garden of Destiny with a planting, we ask that you call the Foundation five days prior at 6728 9535 or send an email to info@koknesesfonds.lv.
All plantings are registered and included in the Garden of Destiny web site. To view the list of tree plantings, click here.
At the end of each summer season SIA „Metrum” notes the physical coordinates of each tree planted and places them on the Garden of Destiny map, which can be seen here.
OTHER OPTIONS
Things are not going easily at the moment, but with your help we will continue to build the Garden of Destiny – relentlessly and irreversibly. We are attempting to complete it as a gift to Latvia on her 100th birthday. If by chance we do not complete it on time, there is no cause for concern. Construction of St. Peter’s Church in Riga took a total of 282 years. It will not take us that long.
